5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

8. Limitation of Liability

EDU TERIA shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures or internet connectivity issues on the user's end
• Loss of data or information
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
