1. Nature of Services

EDU TERIA provides educational services, specifically mock interview sessions for BPSC and other competitive exam aspirants. Our services are delivered either:

  • Online: Through our virtual meeting platform
  • Offline: At our designated coaching centers

Important: As we provide services and not physical goods, traditional shipping policies do not apply to our business model.

2. Service Delivery

Online Mock Interviews

For online sessions:

  • Access details (meeting link and password) will be provided via email and WhatsApp
  • Details are typically sent within 24 hours of booking confirmation
  • Students can join the session at the scheduled date and time

Offline Mock Interviews

For center-based sessions:

  • Confirmation with venue details sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
  • Students must arrive at the designated center at the scheduled time
  • Center address and directions are provided in the confirmation message

3. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Cancellations and Refunds Policy for detailed information.

In summary:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled interview
  • Refunds are processed as per our refund policy
  • Rescheduling options may be available subject to slot availability

4. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend the scheduled mock interview:

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows
  • Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid reasons
  • A rescheduling fee may apply

5. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

In case of technical difficulties during an online session:

  • Students should immediately contact our support team
  • If the issue is from our end, a free rescheduling will be provided
  • Students are responsible for their own internet connectivity

6. Service Modifications

EDU TERIA reserves the right to modify interview schedules, venues, or interviewers due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified promptly and offered:

  • Alternative dates/times for the session
  • Full refund if no suitable alternative is available
