Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Important Notice
No cancellations are allowed once your mock interview booking is confirmed.When you book a slot, we assign a dedicated interviewer and reserve a time slot exclusively for you. Due to these arrangements, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
Why No Cancellations?
When your booking is confirmed:
- An experienced interviewer is assigned specifically for your session
- A time slot is reserved and blocked from other students
- Resources and preparation materials are allocated
- The interviewer dedicates their time exclusively for you
Before Confirmation
Please confirm your availability before completing the booking. Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, it becomes final and non-refundable.
Cancellation by EDU TERIA
In rare cases where we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Students will be notified immediately via email/SMS/WhatsApp
- Full refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Alternative slot will be offered as first priority
- Compensation may be provided in the form of discount vouchers for future bookings
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Policy
Mock interview bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. This is because we reserve specific resources (interviewer time, slot allocation) exclusively for your session.
Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds will ONLY be provided in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues from our end that prevent the session from being conducted
- Cancellations by EDU TERIA due to unforeseen circumstances
- Duplicate payments made by error
- System errors that prevent proper booking confirmation
Refund Processing (When Applicable)
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Student-initiated cancellations after booking confirmation
- No-show by student
- Technical issues on student's end (internet, device, etc.)
- Completion of the interview session
- Change of mind after booking
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
3. Rescheduling Policy
Limited Rescheduling Available
While we do not allow cancellations, we understand that emergencies can occur. Rescheduling may be considered in exceptional circumstances only.
Rescheduling Terms
- One-time only: Only ONE rescheduling is allowed per booking
- Advance notice required: Must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
- Valid reason required: Medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances (proof may be required)
- Subject to availability: New slots depend on interviewer and center availability
- Rescheduling fee: A nominal rescheduling fee of ₹200 may apply
- Request method: Email contact@eduteria.co.in with booking details and reason
Rescheduling Not Allowed
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
- Second or subsequent rescheduling requests
- Requests without valid justification
- When no alternative slots are available
4. How to Request Cancellation/Refund
To cancel your booking and request a refund:
- Log in to your EDU TERIA account
- Navigate to "My Bookings" section
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and provide reason
- OR Email us at: contact@eduteria.co.in with:
- Booking ID/Registration Number
- Full Name
- Reason for cancellation
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns regarding refunds:
- Contact our support team at contact@eduteria.co.in
- Provide all relevant details (booking ID, payment proof, etc.)
- We will respond within 48 hours
- Escalation process available if issue is not resolved
